Based on the original Pilates method, my work is highly personalised, aiming to create lasting change by developing deeper body awareness and moving beyond discomfort.
Each session is designed with intention and shaped around you and your body, what you want to improve and what you need most at that stage. At the same time, I guide you toward progress while respecting your current capacity, so you’re challenged without being pushed beyond what your body can support.
