Less pushing. More understanding, guidance, and lasting change.

A different way of working together

If you’re dealing with ongoing discomfort, pain, or restriction — or feeling unsure about what your body can handle — you don’t need another generic workout plan.

Instead, we work together in a clear and supportive way that meets you where you are — gradually restoring function, rebuilding strength, and helping you regain trust in your body.

Each programme is tailored to your condition and circumstances, with guidance that builds consistency in a way that feels supportive, not overwhelming.

/ About Me /

Movement with understanding

Living with Axial Spondyloarthritis (axSpA), I understand what it means to work with a body that doesn’t always cooperate — and why the right guidance matters. While I work with a wide range of clients, I have a particular sensitivity to those dealing with chronic pain or autoimmune conditions. When it feels as though time is passing by and you’re not living the life you hoped for because of physical limitations, my approach focuses on thoughtful, progressive movement that aims to restore joint function and rebuild trust in the body. It’s a gradual yet rewarding process.

What I share is grounded in experience. I’ve explored different methods and learned what truly works — and what doesn’t. Now, I aim to offer others the clarity and support I once needed, wherever they are in their journey toward better movement and well-being.
