Helping you
feel & move better

Hi, I’m Ema!

I’m a certified Mat Pilates instructor (finalising Reformer certification), deeply focused on mobility and functional movement. Over the years, I’ve studied and applied these concepts firsthand, refining my work and advancing my practice through the six Pilates principles — a combination that has proven highly effective.

Drawing from many years of personal experience with diverse forms of exercise and movement — from strength, functional, and HIIT training to mat Pilates, barre and reformer, various styles of yoga, and many forms of dance — all while struggling with pain, fatigue, and stiffness, I’ve systematically observed and tracked how both the body and mind respond to the types of activity they’re exposed to. Through this approach, I guide clients toward lasting improvements in mobility and strength, helping them regain confidence and trust in their bodies.

Based in Dubai, I offer in-person coaching while also training and supporting people from across the globe on their journeys to becoming healthier and happier versions of themselves.

Diploma: Active IQ in Teaching Pilates Matwork (1-3) and Reformer (1-2)
